Some wood can be repaired and some has to go. We inspect each area first, save what is still sound, and replace the material that is too far gone to hold paint or keep water out.
Damaged siding and fascia are cut out and replaced with sound lumber, then the detail is rebuilt so it matches what was there before.
Once the carpentry is complete we prime and paint the repaired areas so the finish blends into the rest of the property.
